Santa Cruz

Located on the northern edge of Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz is a California beach town that’s never lacking in culture. The warm climate, picturesque coastline, and surrounding Redwood forests make Santa Cruz one of the most unique location on the Golden Coast, but that’s just where the excitement begins.

Santa Cruz’ extensive network of bike lanes and bike paths provide endless opportunities for fun in the sun. The town center, situated around a clock tower, has walkable, tree-lined streets and a variety of boutique shopping, art galleries, and sidewalk performers.

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is an 111 year old beachside amusement park that is still in operation with plenty of amusement attractions and food options for the whole family. Santa Cruz is home to several state parks and beaches, five community parks, and eighteen neighborhood parks. The beach town also boasts a number of cultural attractions, including Mission Santa Cruz, the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History, the Santa Cruz Art League, the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum, and the Tannery Arts Center.
